Künstlerische Erzeugnisse, die aus den Kursen und Workshops hervorgehen oder Fotoaufnahmen von Teilnehmern und Kunstwerken, die im Verlauf von Veranstaltungen entstehen, können ohne zeitliche, räumliche und sachliche Einschränkung unentgeltlich von der Kunstschule für fotografische, elektronische oder drucktechnische Wiedergabe in Veröffentlichungen einschließlich von Werbematerial für die Kunstschule in gedruckter, vervielfältigter oder elektronischer Form genutzt werden. Dies beinhaltet nicht das Recht auf Namensnennung. Das Nutzungsrecht erstreckt sich nicht auf eine kommerzielle Nutzung. Über Arbeiten, die nicht innerhalb eines halben Jahres abgeholt werden, kann die Kunstschule verfügen.

Artistic products resulting from the courses and workshops or photographs of participants and works of art created in the course of events may be used free of charge by the Art School for photographic, electronic or print reproduction in publications, including advertising material for the Art School in printed, duplicated or electronic form, without any restrictions in terms of time, space or subject matter.
